Chances/ opportunities are important because without them people who look like us really dont prosper. I get a few more opportunities maybe bacause i dont sound like my image depicts but rest assured as soo. As an employer meets me or realizes the voice with the person more is expected of me than if my image matched my voice. So i personally understand the opportunities are driven by the hiring managers assumption.
