Great post this week. I loved your complete honesty in question number two about your motives and reasoning. You were open and that is appreciated. I also loved the reply and how you handled your student in question number four. You really thought about how to coach him in a real and intentional way. I am impressed. You helped him to reflect on previous achievements to "keep him in the game." Well done!
