I wanted to circle back to this post. While we already discussed this during our 1:1 session, I wanted to check in to see how you were doing with checking in on your teammates and peers. Have you figured out a way to incorporate these check-ins into your daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedule? Have you established a protocol for this and/or brought this to the attention of your superiors as a potential opportunity? Just a thought.
